Scheduling & Project Management
Our construction management team will create a comprehensive project schedule, identifying key milestones and timelines. A dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to your project to ensure everything runs smoothly and is completed on time.
Contract Preparation
We will prepare the official contract documents, which will include an itemized estimate, a detailed scope of work, and the specifications for the project. This ensures that every detail of the project is clear and agreed upon before work begins.
Project Funding
At this point, we’ll have a signed construction contract, and we will secure the required deposits to move forward with the project.
Permitting & Material Procurement
Our team will manage the permitting process with the appropriate authorities, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained. We will also begin purchasing materials, with a focus on those that have longer lead times, to ensure everything is ready for construction.
Groundbreaking to Project Completion
Once all preparations are in place, we’ll begin the construction phase. Throughout this process, we’ll apply all the planning and design work we’ve done up until now to ensure a smooth, efficient build. We will keep you informed at every stage to ensure your vision comes to life just as planned.
Maintenance
Sycamore Builders will provide comprehensive management and service of the properties we build based on our client's needs. This may look like routine service of systems, property management, and preventative maintenance as needed.
